If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return the dress within 30 days of receiving it. We accept returns for any reason, whether it's a change of mind or if the dress doesn't meet your expectations.

To initiate a return, simply contact our customer support team and provide them with your order details. They will guide you through the return process and provide you with a return authorization number.

Once you have received your return authorization number, carefully package the dress in its original condition, including all tags and packaging materials. Make sure to include the return authorization number on the package.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the dress received is defective or damaged. In such cases, we will provide a prepaid shipping label for the return.

Once we receive the returned dress, our quality control team will inspect it to ensure it is in its original condition. If the dress meets our return policy criteria, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

Please note that refunds will be issued for the cost of the dress only. Shipping fees and any applicable taxes or duties are non-refundable.
